Historic Preservation Commission Meetings 2020

The Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) meets twice a month, usually on the second and fourth Wednesdays. Meetings are in the evening and always open to the public. Typically, HPC public meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. View an official notice of all 2020 dates. Application deadlines are always 21 days prior to the meeting date.

The June 10 HPC Meeting has been cancelled. All cases on the June docket will be heard via call-in information below on June 24 at 6:30 p.m.

DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS ALL HPC HEARINGS ARE BEING CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY.

The HPC will conduct the next hearing on Wednesday, July 15th. The regular hearing will begin with a worksession at 6pm followed by the hearing at 6:30pm. See the agenda below for item details.

The HPC Meeting will be run through a LIVE Call-In Number below for applicants and those wishing to testify. If you wish to observe the meeting only, please watch via the link above. Callers must identify themselves for the record and wait to be acknowledged by the Meeting Clerk and Chair.

Members of the public or applicants may submit exhibits, via this email: mcp-historic@mncppc-mc.org. Comments received after the deadline will be included for the record, but not distributed for the HPC.

Final deadlines for comments to be distributed:

10 am on July 14th (for July 15th meeting)

HAWP APPLICATIONS: HAWP Applications are still being accepted electronically for review by the Historic Preservation Commission.

ALL TREE REMOVAL REQUESTS FOR DEAD, DYING, DISEASED TREES CAN STILL BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY TO OUR OFFICE EMAIL AT mcp-historic@mncppc-mc.org.
