Zoning Code and Zoning Map
The current zoning code and zoning map were adopted by County Council in the spring of 2014, and became effective on October 30, 2014. Access the zoning code (Chapter 59) on the American Legal Publishing Corporation website.

- Printed copies of the new zoning ordinance are available for purchase from American Legal Publishing Corporation.
- Visit the Department of Permitting Services Zoning and Code Compliance division to report zoning violations, and for official determinations of a property’s zone, or interpretations of the zoning code.
