Addressing
This site provides a mechanism to submit corrections or change requests against the Master Address database for Montgomery County.
Bikeways
This site offers an easy way to view all master-planned bikeways in the County. It indicates both the bikeway classification and whether the bikeway is existing or planned.
Demographics
View the new 2010 Census data for Montgomery County, MD. This page allows you to summarize demographic categories for the whole County, or for custom areas by clicking block groups on the map. Percent change since the 2000 Census is displayed for each category as well.

This site provides a quick way to view the many Master Plans enacted by the Planning Department, both adopted and in progress. Additionally, our current zoning database is displayed.
Park Encroachment
This site offers an easy way to view all the existing parks and trails in the County. Additionally, it provides a feedback mechanism to report park encroachment issues.

This site offers a view of the current development pipeline for the County as approved by the Planning Board. This includes information of the number and type of development approved as well as the amount remaining to be built. *Updated January 2013*
