Community Roundtable—East County Regional Services Center, February 24, 2020

This roundtable provided community stakeholders an opportunity to discuss – in-depth – various aspects of the Subdivision Staging Policy with County planners working on the 2020 update of the policy. Planners sought feedback on the existing policy, its impacts on the county, and ideas for innovative solutions to consider with this update.

Developer Roundtable— January 24, 2020

This roundtable held at the Planning Department Headquarters provided stakeholders in the development community an opportunity to discuss – in depth – various aspects of the Subdivision Staging Policy with County planners working on the 2020 update of the policy. Planners sought feedback on the existing policy, its impacts on the development industry, and ideas for innovative solutions to consider with this update.


Community Workshop—October 7, 2019

As part of the Subdivision Staging Policy 2020 update, Montgomery Planning staff invited community members to attend a Community Workshop on Monday, October 7 at the Silver Spring Civic Building.
