White Oak

White Oak is a community in eastern Montgomery County, located just north of the Prince George’s County line and adjacent to the Washington, D.C. border. The heart of the area is at the intersection of Columbia Pike (US 29) and New Hampshire Avenue (MD 650). White Oak is connected to surrounding neighborhoods and regional destinations, making it both a convenient and dynamic place to live.

The area is anchored by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Federal Research Center at White Oak, a major employment and research hub. Residents of White Oak have access to parks such as the Northwest Branch Trail and the White Oak Community Recreation Center.
