Montgomery Planning’s Historic Preservation Office invites to public to attend the unveiling of a permanent historic marker at Heffner Park. The marker is part of the M-NCPPC’s Remarkable Montgomery: Untold Stories program, an ongoing project to install historic markers around the county that highlight underrepresented topics in local history.
