Weather Update as of 5:30 a.m. February 16: Due to hazardous icy conditions, the Montgomery County Planning Department (M-NCPPC) will open at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Non-essential employees may elect to use their own accrued leave to remain home. Essential employees are to report for duty unless otherwise directed by their department supervisor.
