Sign Template

The Development Review Sign has been updated as of March 2024.

To use the template, please download the file below. Once you open the file, please select the the template that is approperiate for your project and fill in the fields.

Applicants should provide an image or rendering of their project on the signage. To add a photo, click on the icon in the center of the square under the heading “Plan View.” Once the icon is clicked, you will receive a prompt to search of the image. Find the image on your computer or local network and hit “insert.” The image should populate in the allotted space.

Once completed, submit the template to Montgomery Planning staff who will review the sign and will apply a QR code that will link to the plan’s DAIC page.
