Have trees planted by Montgomery Planning, by or through its agents, on the above property, in a location approved and marked prior to planting by Montgomery Planning.

Allow Montgomery Planning’s agents access to the above property, and I understand that the planting may be scheduled for a day or time when I am not at home or available.

Water new trees for at least the first two years after planting.

Notify Montgomery Planning if the tree appears unhealthy within the first year after planting (withered/brown leaves, not leafing out, brittle branches, unfamiliar insects).
