SILVER SPRING, MD—The Montgomery Planning Department, part of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission will host a drop-in meeting on November 6, 2013 at Imagination Stage Access Studio from 7 – 9 p.m. Planners will be present to respond to questions from the public and to encourage discussion about the plan.
