SILVER SPRING, MD—The Montgomery Planning Department, part of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission will host a community meeting on November 4, 2013 at the Bethesda Chevy Chase Regional Services Center. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and a presentation will begin at 7:00 p.m. followed by discussions.
