The Montgomery County Council has rescheduled a public hearing for the Germantown Plan for the Town Sector Zone. The public hearing scheduled for February 4, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. is now scheduled for February 4, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the 3rd floor Council Hearing Room (100 Maryland Avenue in Rockville, MD). The meeting will also be televised live by County Cable Montgomery (CCM).
The plan was approved by the Montgomery County Planning Board at their November 7, 2019 meeting. View the latest draft of the plan.
