Attainable Housing Strategies is an initiative the Planning Department oversaw through a planning process that evaluated and refined various proposals to spur the development of more diverse types of housing, including Missing Middle Housing, in Montgomery County.
The community is invited to learn more about the Planning Board’s Attainable Housing Strategies recommendations on December 13, 2021 at 7 p.m. Planning staff will share the Planning Board’s recommendations, as well as next steps for the initiative. Planning staff will hold a question and answer session after the presentation. RSVPs are required.
