Bobby specializes in qualitative and quantitative research methods and data-driven strategy at Streetsense. He serves on project teams to evaluate and forecast conditions from real estate markets to new food and beverage concepts. Throughout Bobby’s career he has worked with numerous public and private sector clients to help create and implement feasible, data-based strategies for retailers, restaurants, hotels, real estate, and neighborhoods across the country. Bobby is involved with Vibrant Streets, an initiative that creates successful neighborhood commercial environments across the country. Prior to joining Streetsense, Bobby served as a Fellow at Smart Growth America, LOCUS, and had participated in numerous commercial revitalization projects in urban and rural contexts. Bobby has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Florida A&M University, and a Master’s in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, in addition to LEED AP Neighborhood Development and American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) credentials.
