Enter to win the Montgomery County Planning Department’s Bicycle Master Plan Photo Contest!
We need your help to make the Bicycle Master Plan the best bike plan in the country! We are looking for great photos of people of all ages and abilities bicycling in Montgomery County to include in the master plan document and other department publications.
We are looking for the best photos showing people running errands, commuting, cycling for fun, family cycling, and group rides.
We want to showcase cyclists in urban, suburban and rural settings in Montgomery County. We are looking for action shots, staged shots and photos that show the joy of being on two wheels. Take a look at the categories of photos for the contest:
Categories of photos:
- Best family
- Best commuter
- Best recreational
- Best kid shot
- Other (errands)
Participation is free and open to the public. Semifinalists will be selected by a jury of professional planners and photographers and the winner will be selected by the public in an online poll. The photos with the most votes in each category will receive a $100 gift card and will be promoted on social media. All photos will be eligible to be included in the bicycle master plan.
How to Enter
Each person can enter up to five (5) photos, which must be submitted electronically.
