Montgomery Planning staff will be at Montgomery Parks’ Sligo Creek Fest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sligo Creek Parkway between University Boulevard and Dennis Avenue, Silver Spring, Md. The Placemaking team will unveil a newly designed trailer and provide a preview of the upcoming Silver Spring placemaking locations. The East County Planning staff will be available to talk with residents about the Wheaton Plan: A Georgia Avenue Community Plan.
