The Friendship Heights Sector Plan team will present a summary of their existing conditions analysis of the Plan area. Planners will discuss existing land use and zoning, demographics, urban design, parks and public spaces, transportation, environmental issues, community amenities, and more. This event will be held as an online webinar followed by Q&A. The Planning team will also review next steps in the planning process and discuss upcoming visioning events.
