As part of the Subdivision Staging Policy 2020 update, Montgomery Planning staff invites community members to attend a Community Workshop to be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, October 7. The workshop will be held at the Silver Spring Civic Building and will provide participants with an opportunity to discuss the schools and transportation components of the Subdivision Staging Policy. Please be sure to RSVP to help ensure adequate space.

* Table discussions will be facilitated by Planning staff with a series of prepared questions related to the transportation and schools aspects of the SSP. Based on workshop RSVP, certain tables will be dedicated to a transportation discussion only, others to a schools discussion only, and some to a discussion on both topics.
