Clare Lise Kelly, author of Montgomery Modern and an architectural historian with the Planning Department, will speak about the key role of Jewish developers in Montgomery County communities from the 1930s through the post-war era. The event, “Jewish History in Montgomery County,” begins at 7 p.m. at the Davis Library (6400 Democracy Boulevard, Bethesda, MD) and is being presented by the Jewish Historical Society of Greater Washington in partnership with the library and the Montgomery County Planning Department.
