The 2013 Approved and Adopted Chevy Chase Lake Sector Plan updates the 1990 Bethesda-Chevy Chase Master Plan for the area surrounding the proposed Purple Line Station at Connecticut Avenue. It makes recommendations for zoning, urban design, the transportation network, and the environment, focusing on the redevelopment of the Center, a 25-acre area around the planned station.
