The Planning Department will hold a public meeting to begin a community dialogue about the Germantown Plan for the Town Sector Zone from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Upcounty Regional Center (12900 Middlebrook Road, Germantown, MD). The purpose of this plan is to analyze current land uses and densities, and prepare new zoning recommendations to replace the current Town-Sector (T-S) zoning.
