Description
The applicant is proposing a 4,100-square-foot bank on 1.27 acres of C-3-zoned land at the southwest corner of the intersection of MD 27 (Ridge Road) and Henderson Corner Road. The one-story building will face Henderson Corner Road and will have vehicular access from that road. Landscaping will include walkways, interior planting islands and planting areas. Three drive-through teller lanes and nineteen parking spaces will be provided.
