Parcel H, Site Plan Amendment

Description

This project amends Site Plan 82002012A approved by the Planning Board on April 26, 2007 and Site Plan Amendment and Resolution 820092012A for a 58,170 gross-square-foot office building on Crystal Rock Drive. The 1.9-acre property is about 200 feet south of the intersection of MD 118 (Germantown Road) in Germantown on O-M-zoned land (for office building of moderate intensity). The amendment revises the building elevation on the north side to add a drive-through bank canopy; revises the drive aisles, parking and other circulation elements to accommodate the drive-thru; revises site data to reflect the parking reduction and additional green area; and revises the landscape plan to accommodate the new drive-through and parking layout.
The subject property is surrounded by property owned by the United States Department of Energy on R-200-zoned to the east, by apartment builidngs on PD-15-zoned property to the south, by commercial properties zoned C-3 to the west and by a service station also zoned C-3 to the north. The project is currently under construction.
