Description

The proposal is for the development of townhouse-style offices in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of MD 118 (Germantown Road) and MD 117 (Clopper Road). The property also fronts on Liberty Mill Road and has access to that road. The property contains two parcels of approximately 21,000 square feet each, totalling .96 acres an which three attached, two-story office buildings are planned. The maximum floor area of the new offices is 15,600 with a maximum height of 35 feet. The property contains .96 acres zoned for CT (commercial transition) use.
