Description
The preliminary plan amendment consists of the addition of an 89-apartment unit, senior housing facility approved by the Board of Appeals onto the southeast side of an existing church building. The existing church is off Waring Station Road, and the complex will have access from the church driveway. The housing structure will be a four-story, L-shaped structure; additional surface parking and an outdoor courtyard are included in the proposal. The entire 31.9-acre property is zoned RE-1.
