Description

Commerce Bank plans to build a one-story, 4,100-square-foot bank at the northwest intersection of Century Boulevard and Crystal Rock Drive in Germantown. The Bank will be approximately 500 feet from Germantown Road (MD 118) in the Germantown Town Center. The bank will have a drive-through connecting to the interior of the pad site and four major access points from the surrounding development as well as related site amenities. The bank site is part of the 24.47-acre Germantown Town Center Phase D area, consisting of seven pad sites to be developed with commercial retail establishments.
