This event will focus on illustrating transportation modeling results, including bus rapid transit (BRT) on Frederick Road (MD 355), from different development scenarios that planners are considering for the Minor Master Plan Amendment to the Shady Grove Sector Plan. Results from the transportation model will provide the basis for preliminary recommendations for the amendment. A community meeting will take place in September 2019 that will focus on those preliminary recommendations.
