PDF Reader

What is PDF?

PDF is a special file format frequently used on Web sites for making documents available digitally. Illustrations and text are combined into a single file that can be viewed or saved on a visitor's computer.

How do I use it?

To be able to view or save these files it is necessary to have special software installed on your computer. This only takes a few minutes and is easy to do. Once it is installed, it will automatically launch anytime you request a PDF file here, on the M-NCPPC Web site, or on any other Web site.

Download the reader and then click your back button and click the link of the document you want. The PDF reader should automatically open. If you still can not get the document, contact us.

How do I get it?

First of all, the PDF reader is free. Adobe provides millions of free readers every year just for the asking.
