Voices in the Dark Play (Second Session)

Enjoy the first public performance of Voices in the Dark, a play based on the Slave Narratives collected by the Library of Congress in the 1930s. The play is written, directed and produced by Darrell Godfrey of the Planning Department, and staged by staff of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Performances will be held at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center on the University of Maryland campus in College Park. Tickets can be purchased online.
