Planning Department preservationist Clare Lise Kelly will give an illustrated talk based on her award-winning book, Montgomery Modern: Modern Architecture in Montgomery County, Maryland, 1930-1979, at the Silver Spring Library (900 Wayne Avenue, Silver Spring, MD) in Meeting Room 1 at 6 p.m. The talk will be presented in conjunction with the Montgomery Modern exhibit at the library. A book signing will follow with copies for sale.
