The Montgomery Modern bus tour of mid-20th-century modern homes and buildings in the county will be held from 1 to 3:30 p.m. This year’s event will focus on architecture designed by the Silver Spring firm Cohen, Haft & Associates. The tour is presented by the Montgomery County Planning Department, AIA-Potomac Valley, Docomomo-DC and Bender JCCGW. Tickets, which can be purchased online, cost $40 for AIA and Docomomo members, and $50 for nonmembers.
